It was time for an upgrade from the echo dot. Loving this model!

I really love alexa devices. Another collection. Love it

Thea product may be ok, but shipping was terrible! The box was shipped inside a mailer bag. The actual Alexa box was destroyed, with everything dumped into mailer bag. The seal in the Alexa box was broken in transit, so I'm sure I can't return it. This was to be a birthday gift, but I can't give it now, it looks like it was run over 10 times.

I’ve been using the Echo Spot for a few days now, and honestly, it’s a great upgrade for a bedside device. The design looks clean and modern, and it fits perfectly on a nightstand without taking up much space. The display is simple but useful, you can quickly check the time, weather, or what’s playing without it being too bright or distracting at night. The sound quality was actually better than I expected for its size. It’s loud enough to fill a room and works great for music, alarms, or even podcasts. Alexa integration is smooth as always. I mainly use it to set alarms, control lights, and check quick info in the morning, and it responds fast every time. If I had to mention one downside, it would be that the screen is a bit limited compared to full smart displays, but that’s kind of the point, it keeps things simple and focused. Overall, if you want a smart alarm clock that looks good, sounds great, and adds convenience to your daily routine, this is definitely worth it.

There is a good balance between the speaker and the crisp upper display. The Echo Spot's female voice (which you can change) is appealing. You can synchronize your calendar to the Echo Spot for friendly reminders. The Echo Spot does not have high-quality sound, but that is not its purpose. When you ask the device to play certain songs, it seems to do this well. Similar devices have not done this well. Amazon has a large knowledge base because I hardly have heard it miss answers to my questions. For an all-around, enjoyable experience with a versatile, user-friendly smart clock, I would recommend the Amazon Echo Spot.

I’ve been using Amazon Alexa for a while now and it’s honestly one of those things you don’t realize how useful it is until you have it. Setup was quick and straightforward, and it connected to my Wi-Fi and other devices without any issues. I use Alexa daily for things like setting alarms and reminders, checking the weather, playing music, controlling smart lights, and asking random questions hands-free. Voice recognition is solid, and it responds quickly most of the time. The sound quality is better than I expected for its size, especially for casual music or podcasts.

Got this to use while out of town on a trip for a few months. Set up was easy. Just had to change female voice back to original as new voice sounds like a teenager. Added a radio station I like to listen to when I wake up in the morning. Sound is good for what I need. Set up to show time and temperature and date. Great having this as it is smaller and I didn’t want to take bigger echo from home with me due to space limitations in travel bags. This Spot should travel back home much easier.

Firstly, great value, 2nd it's a perfect little speaker with a cute high quality display that is actually perfect as a high tech alarm clock+ by the bed. I love the Spotify integration and the ability to say "wake me up in 35 minutes" when I wanna take a quick nap. Also, more than any of smart device, this works if there is music or a TV show or movie in the background. It's like talking to a human

This was purchased primarily as an alarm clock. It is easy to say Alexa, set alarm for 6am. Easy to say, Alexa, turn off alarm. Even better that you can say Alexa, turn off display. That way the screen if off for a dark room. This feature did not work in the past, and Amazon will most likely break it in the future. It would be nice if there were more alarm choices like the Echo 5. But Amazon broke the Echo 5 and you cannot turn the display off any longer. Sound on the Spot is good for what it is. It has the basic Alexa features. I like that it does not have a camera as you don't need that in a clock. It does not have a battery back up to run it while there is no power. But it will find the correct time when power is restored. It is a bit buggy .... the time has been wrong a few times and I had to remove powerto fix it. I would have given more stars but I expect Amazon to keep upgrading and introducing more bugs.

Love it. The display is amazing. The device hooked up so easily to my current system. So easy to operate and manage. Gonna go back and get another one.

The sound and bass are incredible! This is a huge upgrade from the Echo Show and Echo Dot. It’s the perfect bedside alarm clock and speaker, thanks to its compact size, variety of color options, and excellent sound quality. A solid 10 out of 10! The sound quality alone sold me—it’s miles better than my two Apple HomePod minis!

I bought this to replace my old Amazon Echo View 5" that was showing signs of age, with the screen glitching, and the sound was not so great anymore. I am very happy so far with this little Spot device. I like having an actual clock I can see when I roll over. It also responds to all my commands like my old device, but sounds much better! The best part, I was able to catch it on sale too!
