Good sound overall, great for medium size rooms. May work better if paired witht the alexa echo sub.

Set up is impossible!!!!!!!???? And then on top of that has a headphone jack in the back and you could think you could easily just plug in your mp3 player to the speaker and hear music the easy way but of course that didn't work either so why even have it lol???

I was really excited about this product, but my JBL speaker that is 1/3 the size and requires no cable to power it. Also speaker rarely understands commands

The only thing it can di fir my TV is to turn it off.

Disappointed with terrible sound quality. Sounds like blown out speakers – the bass is great but that’s it. Don’t waste your time or money - just go buy a Sonos. We have several other Amazon echo products - none of them have great sound - was really hoping for something more with the echo studio. I think reviewers are either totally ignorant and know nothing about sound quality or they’re just so excited to have a smart speaker. The good reviews make no sense!!

Buggy connection. Cuts out sometimes when playing movies/tv shows.

The sound is good. But you need to scream so Alexa can hear you with the volume up! NEEDS to come with a remote! Would not purchase again!

Bought two of these and two sonos ones and tried them in the same room. The larger woofer makes for a more pronounced low end, but the audio quality is significantly better on the sonos and the connection cut out fairly frequently. Sonos is just a better product both in sound and reliability

We’ve had issues with this thing from day one, I don’t know if it got banged around in shipping because the box it came in was way to big and it was just rolling around in it when I picked it up or if it’s just faulty hardware but this thing is more of a hassle than anything else. I have to unplug it and plug it back in multiple times a day or it just doesn’t respond. I can’t recommend it though.

Could not get this to do what I wanted. Got the echo gen 4 which works just as good for half the price.

Good sound quality and easy set up. I'd recommend this speaker.

It’s okay, th bass is not as good as Sonos but it works

At $200 I didn’t expect it to replace my Bose or Klipsch, but I did expect a solid sounding speaker. Sound is too mushy.

This device does not listen 25% of the time. The sounds is good but the assistant is not

I own many Amazon Alexa products, and thought this would be the best of all - not so. First the sound was comp,etc,y disappointing. Sounded nothing like it did in the store, and it had real connection difficulties. I like my Show 8 better and all the other Echo devices I own. Had to return it as not for me.

Hooked this up to my TV via the optical port and it was glichy right away. It worked for a few hours and I went to bed, second day it no longer worked. I bought a second Amazon Echo Studio from Best Buy around the same time and used it instead, it works perfectly. Not a happy customer.

Worked at first and now it’s just a dud. Bought August 5th and now it’s dead. Tried two different outlets and there’s no power. Tried looking on Amazon’s support page for the studio but all it tells you how to do is reset it. $235 down the drain. I’m really upset.

In the 21 century.. when we use of wireless Bluetooth speakers why we use wire one speaker.. I return because of this all the time we need to plug with wire the the speaker work..
