The Echo Studio was and is GREAT! But i ordered with curbside pick up and I waited for almost 2 hours outside for it!! Best Buy get it together!!!

sounds good but the sound is late………………………………………..

Bestbuy sucks. I order one delivered by mail and they sent me one that's already been opened.

Over-hyped and over-priced. The sound is not that good for the price you pay...............

First it sounds great! Unfortunately, like all Echo devices it can work for a bit then one day you will try to access a skill or play a song and it answers in the affirmative and then......nothing. Crickets. Usually with an Echo or a Dot unplugging, waiting a couple minutes, and then powering up will fix this common occurrence. Not so on the Studio. For me given the price, that is a deal killer. $150 is too much to pay for a device that needs support and then needs to be re-setup.

I recently purchased the Amazon Echo Studio and I must say, it has exceeded all my expectations! I have a lot of Echo products, from the full sized show to the show 5, the first and second generation echo’s and a bunch of echo dots and this thing blows all of them out of the water in terms of sound quality. It fill my den very well (it’s a large den 20x25 feet). It has nice lows and good base and the microphones work really well. It’s able to still hear me when the music is blaring. I’m glad Amazon finally made a smart speaker than could take on the HomePod as for a while I’ve felt that had the best sound quality but Siri is lacking. This thing is awesome with a multi room music group as I can just tell Alexa to play music everywhere to get a great full home experience. FYI Best Buy also does the trade in program that Amazon does so if you have an older echo you can trade it in for a small giftcard but 25% off any Echo which on this one is $50 off.

I sold my Apple HomePod to a friend and bought this cause unlike Apple’s terrible speakers, this Echo Studio actually works with Apple’s own loseless and spatial audio technology. For $199 this is a dream come true. The failure of the Apple HomePod is the fact that they chose to make a crappy sounding hardware but more importantly they closed the system. This Echo Studio allows for direct streaming from even Apple Music to it’s own hardware; something the terrible engineers and marketing people at the Apple Music hardware division just couldn’t get. That being said if you want the spatial audio to work it seems it has to play with iPhone via Bluetooth into this device, rather than the direct streaming from the speaker themselves. Good luck ya’ll and hopefully the leaders at Apple get a clue.

I love this! The music sounds really good and clear. Very cool since this is device is alot bigger than most other devices. I was alittle worried i would not be able to find a good spot in my apartment for this but the cylinder shape let its fit almost anywhere.

Was very surprised how great this speaker sounds. I plan on getting another and linking it up

If you’re looking for the best sounding, all in one home speaker, this is the one! I have yet to hear any home speakers that come close to the quality of the echo studio. I’m sure that as others have said, it would be even better paired in stereo and adding the echo sub.

After much research and reading reviews I decided to take the chance and invest On 2 echo Studio and compliment it with the echo Bass. I have to say Wow! I have had many high end home audio. this setup may not be as loud as to rattle your home, but if you are looking for a clear home filling sound with decent bass, mid and highs, look no more. The investment on 2 Studios and one echo Bass was $525.00 and was worth every penny. The sound quality is so great I come home and the first thing I want to do is listen to some music. Also works great with my Ring alarm system and Philip hue lighting. Note: seting up joint echo Studio requires some patience as is with setting up ring and Philip Hue, but once all is well tweaked and working just sit back and enjoy!

Sound quality is amazing and I like that the system adjusts itself for the acoustics of the room you place it in. 100% worth the money. Whether interacting with Alexa for fun, or wanting great sounding music, this speaker is clear and crisp.

This by far the best Echo speaker Amazon has released and honestly the best standalone speaker I've ever heard. The 3D sound is immersive and effectively simulates a surround sound effect. I have no problems recommending this speaker to anyone who is looking for a great sounding speaker.

The Echo Studio has great sound. I was easily able to group it with my other one and my Alexa sub to create a smart stereo system.

Fantastic Echo device . I use this in my Living room . In addition , I have 2 Oontz speakers as a left - right channel ; sometimes studio. Even without the BT Speakers , this devices is better than any other Alazon Echo device. Setup and later configurations are simple .

This is by far the best sounding Echo device I own. Listening to music is terrific and actually has a good sounding bass. It's a bit more expensive that other Echo devices but in my opinion it is worth it.

I love the Amazon Studio. I went to Best Buy and they had it ready for me. It was very convenient.

I got this as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend and at first it worked great for my music and 1 light. Around April/May time frame we had to take it back because the music of some songs sounded like it was being sang through a tunnel and it was having a hard time turning on/off my light. Took it back and exchanged it for another one. And again at first it worked great even got a second light. Now about 3 months ago when I was listening to my music it play one song just fine then when the second one come on it sounded like it was being played and sang through a tunnel and the next few songs were fine then the next one same thing, I ended up shutting it off because of how annoying it was. Also started not recognizing my lights. So I unplugged it for about 20 minutes and then it started working again then a few weeks later wouldn't recogniz my bedroom light. So I gave it break and the next morning tried getting it to turn on the light all day and it wouldn't so at 3 I unplugged it again and at 9 plugged it back in let it load and tried my light again and still wouldn't work so I deleted my light and went to reinstall the light and that was a nightmare! Took over an hr to get it reinstalled but now the stupid thing says I have 2 lights for the bedroom. Then yesterday again had to unplug the stupid thing because again it wouldn't recognize my light. I told my boyfriend that this was a waste of money! My eco dot worked a whole lot better than this and lasted longer. Only reason it got replaced was because it sounded like the speaker was blown and I lived in a 1000 sq ft home. So we got this since it is supposed to be for a bigger place. Now I'm looking for something else, might have to give Google home a try. If your going to use this for every day use or for your smart home I wouldn't recommend this but if your going to hardly use it then this might work for you otherwise don't waste your money.

Paired two with my Amazon Fire for incredible stereo sound with my TV & Streaming videos. Blows any sound bar away, even w/o them having a subwoofer (where my sound bars have had subwoofers).
