Sounds like surround sound no matter where I place it in the space. The area is about 2000sq ft, works excellent.

Bought this as a supplemental speaker for the other Echo devices in our house. Specifically to use on our deck in the summer. Was easy to set up as all others were. For as small as it is, it creates an output similar to surround sound without other speakers. I would say the quality is as good as any Bose speaker I've heard at the same size. The other benefit is that it configures itself to the environment, but also gives you an equalizer on the app to adjust to your own liking. Now Alexa can join us on the deck. To clarify, this is not an outdoor speaker and shouldn't be left out in the weather. I will be bringing it in at night, but it only takes a minute or so to reconnect after initial setup, just as if the power went out. Would definitely recommend this to anyone.
