    The sound is bigger than the original v1 echo (tall), but it's a bit "boom-y" even with bass turned way down in the Alexa app. I much prefer the twist volume control on the original echo, you don't have to look, just grab the top and twist. On this one you have to find the tiny volume down button and hit it a bunch of times.
