I am sorry to hear you are frustrated with the Echo Studio set up process. If the set up process outlined in the box did not work for you and your device, try the following:
- Check that your device has a strong internet connection.
- If your device setup uses the Alexa app, check that you have the latest version of the app.
- Restart your Echo device. Unplug it from power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
If none of these steps help, or if you have problems registering the device, reset your Echo device to clear up most issues.

Great sound but can't connect to tv

Perhaps it was because I had 2 paired in stereo. Completely unacceptable. On the latest Alexa firmware for the device. Given the above, I wasn't impressed with the sound and ended up returning the pair of Studio smartspeakers.

Bass is slow and muddy. The technology to adapt to the room, big time garbage. BUT... i dont really see this as studio quality speaker. I had one of the 1st gen alexas and i replaced it with this. Its better... to be honest not worth it. I kept is cause it cost me like $120 with a coupon i had. So i decided to just keep it. My recommendation is NOT to buy this product. Def not even close to studio quality.
