    Stuck in blue cycle. No support. No warranty . Just a 200 dollar burn I got to enjoy for a bout a month .

That’s definitely not the experience you should have with this device. If you haven’t tried it yet, unplugging the speaker for 30 seconds and plugging it back in can sometimes resolve startup issues, and a factory reset may help if the device becomes responsive again.     I got this using coupons and it’s average compared to other speakers I’ve heard in the same price range but the only benefit I see with this product is that if you use Alexa a lot then it’s good

    The speaker itself wasn’t catching my voice and I would stand close by. The bass was perfect just wished it voice recognition better.

      Hi Disappointed,

      I am sorry to hear you are frustrated with the Echo Studio set up process. If the set up process outlined in the box did not work for you and your device, try the following:
      - Check that your device has a strong internet connection.
      - If your device setup uses the Alexa app, check that you have the latest version of the app.
      - Restart your Echo device. Unplug it from power, wait 30 seconds, then plug it back in.
      If none of these steps help, or if you have problems registering the device, reset your Echo device to clear up most issues.

    Great sound but can't connect to tv

    This speaker has incredible sound! The bass is definitely prominent! Can't figure out how to connect it to my smart tv thought, which is the main reason I purchased it.

    Thought it would be a lot louder, I have a generic 65 watt one that seems to be just as loud

    Not really worth the extra cost over the smaller echo speakers. It sounded basically the same as others I already had so i returned it. I just couldn’t justify the extra cost.

    I wold of given 5 stars if Best Buy would of replaced my defective speaker with a brand new one like the one i returned.So i would tell you to ask them for a new return.

    Disappointed - Equalizer resets to 0 overnight

    Very disappointed, my equalizer settings would reset to 0 overnight. Perhaps it was because I had 2 paired in stereo. Completely unacceptable. On the latest Alexa firmware for the device. Given the above, I wasn't impressed with the sound and ended up returning the pair of Studio smartspeakers.

    Speaker sounds great, can be loud. However, you will need a subscription to amazon music to use a iPhone. It is not a Bluetooth speaker. That could be a deal breaker.

    Pretty good overall. Sound quality is just shy of the HomePod, but Alexa trumps Siri. Also having an six input is a bonus.

    Studio? Ah no... Thinking in that context, this is total garbage. Bass is slow and muddy. The technology to adapt to the room, big time garbage. BUT... i dont really see this as studio quality speaker. I had one of the 1st gen alexas and i replaced it with this. Its better... to be honest not worth it. I kept is cause it cost me like $120 with a coupon i had. So i decided to just keep it. My recommendation is NOT to buy this product. Def not even close to studio quality.

    it was an ok product but over priced for what it is my regular echo sounded much better the lows and highs are a much easier sound to your ears.
