I paired two Echo Studios with Echo Sub plus Fire Stick 4K. It’s an incredible Dolby Atmos sound! It sounds better than my 5.1 surround sound in my living room! Depending on room size, you may find that you don’t even need Echo Sub for additional bass. For non-TV purposes, a single Echo Sub can fill most rooms with crystal-clear audio and bass. It’s an incredible unit!

Really improved sound over the normal Echo. I had a Apple HomePod and it was better than this, but not enough to put up with the horrible Siri assistant. All around the best overall music player with assistant for the money. I don’t like the design choice to leave the subwoofer port exposed but as expected I hardly ever look at this anymore off to the side of the room

Exactly as advertised. The sound quality is amazing. Have to unplug it after every use though. There is some type of sound frequency my dog cannot tolerate. I’ve read it’s also known to be a eavesdropping device. I also read you can tell Alexa to “delete all of today’s conversation” but found that feature doesn’t work. I would still recommend it.

Love this Echo Studio it's a very useful addition to the home with a perfect blend of Information and entertainment. The sound is pretty good for what it is and the size... i ended up buying another and the Echo Sub for a complete audio system and they sound great together!

Love being able to call up music. Because I have VERY eclectic tastes, I can't get some of the music I would like. But mostly, it does fine. Love the Instrumental Christmas loop that I can listen to all day. Volume is fine, first time in months I can listen to MT Public Radio without static.

It's a good speaker. The only problem was that it would not use my preferred music source and would also stop playing music and then skip towards the end of a song, not the end but at least a minute left. That might have just been me but that was the experience

I have been using two echo studios and an echo sub for the past 5 months, and I have to say that this has really elevated my listening and movie experience. Especially Dolby atmos from this speaker can really trick your ears, and with the bass of the studio itself can rattle a table. I moved over my Dolby atmos Bose lifestyle 650 for the echo studios and sub, it's that good!

Good sound overall Not what exactly needed but it was good

Let me start by saying wow. This thing bumps. Amazing bass and the sound quality beats my sonos speakers in my opinion. I ended up switching to these in every room instead of sonos and i dont regret it!

Loved this speaker so much I bought another one two days later and paired them for stereo sound. Awesome clarity and separation at any volume. Today I ordered the echo subwoofer to go with my two echo studios and with the amazing sound quality of the studios alone I expect all three together will rival some of the very expensive sound systems.

Yes this is just an oversized version of my Gen 2 Echo, but bigger is better! Speakers are larger so this just means loud music while cleaning the house or hanging out with friends. I use a lot of voice automation throughout my house so having an extra device that can support my commands, and play my music loud, makes for a very satisfied customer.

Amazing bass!! I actually preferred this over the Bose speakers. You are able to adjust the bass and the treble to get the acoustics just right.

Got this for my step-dad as Father's Day gift. He loves it. Said it was best sounding speaker he'd ever heard. I wouldn't go that far, but it is surprisingly good. Nice balance of bass and mid tones. It can go loud without distortion, very large soundstage. For less than $200, the Echo Studio speaker is a no brainer. A stereo pair would be even better.

I have hearing loss and wanted something that would be easier to hear than my Echo Show. It works but doesn't seem to as multi directional as I thought it would be. I have it in the corner of a side kitchen counter and it seems to not have the same output in all directions. The sound quality is pretty good for these ears, definitely easier to understand than the Echo Show.

Really like this speaker. Some have complained about the large size but it's only a bit bigger than other smart speakers and delivers much richer sound. This is our new favorite. Pair it with a sub, you will be impressed. Alexa functions perfect.

As stated this unit is Heavy, sound is amazing, depends on placement in the room, and tweaking through the Alexa app. Just installed today so we'll see and come back at a later date and refine the review if needed :) Caught it on sale, which I've never seen since it came on the market from Amazon/ Alexa Saved $30 + used my Best Buy reward points.
