Wow! Great sound from this thing. I have Alexa devices throughout my house for seamless home audio throughout. I love 'dropping in' to wherever they're at in the house and bugging them.

I have this beast of an Echo on the back porch. I love it, but the neighbors probably don’t appreciate the sound quality. It puts out a ton of sound and who doesn’t like talking to Alexa?

The best sound quality - period! I have high end home theater multi speaker setup, have tried many sound bars. But nothing comes close the sound quality of unit. Clear mid, lows and highs. But contrary to Amazon's claim it doesn't produce 5.1 or even 2.1 sound separation for left and right.

Very nice looking speaker with good sound & decent enough voice recognition. We have it on a shelf above our counter & it seems to be able to hear everything well.

Great sound quality. Looked at other speakers, but my house is already invested in other Alex and Amazon devices. This was the obvious choice. Thinking of buying another one for upstairs. Love it!!

I live in Chicago next to a noisy alley. When ever want to relax and enjoy my music I bring out the studio! The bass and sound quality is amazing. I would say For the price it is worth the buy!

This thing is impressive! Nice balanced sound projection with deep bass.. We have an amazon music subscription and also stream radio stations. It fills our space nicely, we love it!

Very good sound for a relatively small speaker. Used as a single speaker when not using surround system. Happy with the surround effect given off by the internal speakers and the downward facing speaker gives adequate base. Price point is good when on sale. 4 1/2 stars.

I’ve had this for a while now. The quality is night and day compared to the standard Echo. The volume and clearing is considerably better. Eventually I’ll get a second unit and sync as a true stereo.

The sound quality is great. I only had a echo dot before and the sound quality is a really great upgrade. Can really tell the difference. I have my dot set up to use this for my wifi speakers.

I bought this Amazon Echo Studio 6 months ago it's been fantastic you could even call your cell phone with it it does everything it should do and it's the best thing that we ever bought

If you need something to play music, hand down this great. Its loud but crisp and has great bass. However, I bought this as a home theate.... In that regard it sucks and was a waste of money. It only works best with Fire TV, and fire tv is not as good a Roku. I should have bought Roku speakers for the TV.

The sound is pretty good for a single unit speaker and a good buy at this price BUT the sound of a good 2.1 system system beats it. I have a Logitech Z623 2.1 Speaker System hooked up to an Echo Dot and it sound much better at a cheaper price (but larger footprint with it's own separate subwoofer.

Excellent sound quality and connectivity. Easily groups with other devices.

Average at most. If it wasnt for using it as an alarm device and to set reminders, I would return it. Max volume is good for 1 room only. I dont like the fact when it is connected to my tv, you have to turn the sound way up but then when an alarm goes off, its way too loud. I have looked and looked for a resolution. My sons smaller speaker is just as good and half the price.
