We love this Echo. The speaker is very good both volume and sound wise. We can hear the music throughout the house. It was easy to set up and is easy to use. No complaints here!

I love that the Echo responds well to anything I say. Weather, traffic, sports are all easy to ask for. I can't wait to begin hooking up my lights and other home electronics to it.

This is my 3rd Echo purchase. Setup is a breeze, and Alexa is so helpful. We use her most often for kitchen timers, playing music and weather reports. Highly recommended!

Initially I figured this would be just a fun toy, so I resisted buying one for a long time. I finally gave in and kept my receipt in the event I needed to return it. I absolutely love it and even purchased the Echo Dot. It is a great way to tie all your smart home products together and to simply ask for something to happen. There are plenty of YouTube videos of unique ways to use Alexa. I use Wink (not too happy with it), but with Alexa, those products work very well. The speaker is excellent when you pair it to your phone to listen to music. Alexa is not 100% perfect and she does not always understand what you are saying, but it is improving.

We now have 3 Echos and 1 google home. We prefer the echo because it seems to sync with more of our music platform. We haven't added to our smart home yet. However it is so useful with coordinating schedules, playing music, and just a general quizzes about random facts.

I have had an Echo for over a year and bought two for my son's. In my experience it is a joy to use. The voice recognition tech is astounding. It is really easy to use.

It was very easy to set up. Works with my Insteon system to turn on and off lights. Fun to use. New and weather updates. Plays your Amazon Prime music by composer and/or artist.

Absolutely love the Amazon Echo!! Had one for our FL home & had to buy another for our NY home. Love the GREAT sound & the ease of playing music or listening to talk shows.

The shopping list is a great feature but it could use some improvement like adding multiple lists. Music sounds good on it. The kid and her friends love playing with it.

Haven't tried anything but playing music and the radio. Have two Echoes in the house. When I hooked this new one up, the other one came on. Can't quite figure our how to work them separately. May have to go back to Best Buy and ask one of your assistants.

sound is good better than dot, notifications , news awesome, amazon music too

This is my second purchase of an Amazon Echo. I use the Echo for everything from an alarm clock to a radio to a source for news and weather. It is an intuitive device.

Great sound and if you can get it on sale well worth the money. The only down side i have is that i have my music service through google which doesn't work on this device. Also available on this device and not the google speaker is connecting to office 365 calendars.

Lots of fun! It plays music, games, weather, and so much more. However, when making a phone call or text message, I hope they develop a way to determine who is able to send you a text message or phone call and make it so that you can call anyone you so choose in United States not just those that have the app or device. I do feel that Google may have a better device because they have more advanced database. Sometimes Alexa does not understand what you were asking and you would think she would be able to know it. But it is fun however if I had to do it over again I would've probably purchased a Google because I can just tell that it will probably be able to do more then just play music.

The Echo has been a smash hit. It works well with devices and is easy to set up. The access and use is very simple. My son is taking it to college with him and he loves it.

I purchased the Amazon Alexa 1st generation due to a friend had one and I was amazed with all she could do. I also bought two 2 generation ones for different areas in my home. I love how it plays music throughout the house. Easy to setup and sound is unbelievable

Device is great, easy setup (less than 10 minutes) and have had no issues. It's recommended to not be near walls, and will confirm, it works better away from walls.

Sound is great and very easy to use. Like the app that shows what song is playing and what songs have played. Like the ordering feature to use for reordering past purchases.

I LOVE love love my echo! I have one in the kitchen and 1 in the bedroom. Love getting weather, plays my favorite music, controls my smart devices & tells the best jokes!

We only used this for music and playing games with questions with the Echo. Now we are using it to automate lighting in the home. A fun toy that has become a useful tool
