Kids have a great time asking her questions. Have it linked to my thermostat and runs it flawlessly.

I wanted one for Christmas and wasn't sure whether to purchase the echo or google home. I am very satisfied. We went to our daughters house and she had a dot, loved it all weekend that on our trip home we stopped off at best buy and purchased the echo . Loved it so much I ordered two echos for friends

Bought Alexa as kind of a novelty gift and it ended up being pretty cool. We haven't even tapped into all of the things it can do but it gives you the weather, news, etc. and with the addition of Amazon Music, will play virtually any song you ask. The speaker is adequate for music, etc. She (Alexa) doesn't know everything but neither does Siri. Wife and kids love it and although a little on the pricey side, is a lot of fun.

I love Alexa. I've purchased the light/other electronics control wall plug ins and now not only can Alexa keep me company, play my music, and basically be my personal assistant but she can turn on/off my lights and electronics when I ask. Next is to purchase the thermostat. I'm sure there is more to come.

We bought the echo for ourselves and enjoyed the features so much we bought several as Christmas presents. The music library is tremendous, love having the shopping list as it synchs with the app. Still some learning to be done by Alexa and our preferences, but overall, very happy with this purchase.

I have wanted one of these since they first launched. My children uses it as well by playing songs, daily words, jokes, etc. The technology is so amazing I also ordered Echo Show and I used it to make video calls. The sound is quite impressive and the range of the microphones is surprising.

With skills too numerous to count, and more being added all of the time, the Amazon Echo is the most useful and used electronic in my house. The sound quality is excellent. Alexa always answers when I call, does what I ask, is always pleasant, and never asks for money! My new best friend!

HOW MANY TIMES HAVE YOU GOT HOME FROM THE GROCERY STORE TO FIND OUT YOU FORGOT SOMETHING. THANKS TO ALEXA THAT DOESNT HAPPEN ANYMORE. NO PAPER LIST TO LOSE, NOT INTERUPTING WHAT YOUR DOING TO WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU NEED. JUST TELL ALEXA TO ADD IT TO YOUR LIST. NOT TO MENTION EVERYTHING ELSE SHE DOES.

Quite an amazing piece of technology. Within the months we have had this item it has continued to better itself with knowledge and understanding of different questions. Very convenient for listening to music. The sound quality is better than any Bluetooth speaker I have ever owned. Highly recommend it!

Love the Echo. So convenient and fun. Get answers to lots of questions, listen to music, books, sleeping sounds, etc. Purchased one for BR and LR since they are so far apart and love the quality of the speakers. Even purchased a dot for kitchen for cooking tips, recipes, and timers plus more.

Even if your home sin't hooked up with all the technology to go with it, it will still be the best speaker you ever bought. And if you have amazon prime, you can hook her up to it! Love it, but be careful! cause once you get it,you probably won't be able to go back to other wireless speakers again!

I love it you can ask it anything and it will answer you you can keep up with your football team he can play the music that you like and music you've never heard so you can figure out if you do like it I found out today if hummingbirds migrate you can ask it some very interesting questions.

Being a busy mom, I am always looking for shortcuts. This one takes the cake! I use it for everything....checking the time, setting my morning alarm, adding items to my shopping list then being able to check them at the store from my phone....fabulous!!! Not to mention all the funny stuff she does!

No problems with setup, and no issues integrating things into the Alexa App. If I had any regrets, it was not waiting for the newer version, which I may pick up soon.

Just learning what my device can do. Learning was delayed due to hurricane Irma. It can act as a timer, provide reference to questions asked and provide entertainment.

I love having this in my home. It does so much I have barely scratched the surface with it. I have Amazon Prime so I can call out whatever music I am in the mood for and it will more times than not play. I haven't yet used it for lights, Uber, or any of the other many things it can do. A lot of fun.

Alexa is fun. She plays games, tells stories, answers questions. She will even control devices around the home. Great product. I wish she was a little smarter though.

I'm in love with my new echo. I own a multitude of wireless Bluetooth speakers that I have used in my garage while working for years. Simply comparing audio quality, I prefer the echo over my UE boom, which was my absolute favorite until this point. It doesn't have quite the bass the boom does, but it makes up for it in clarity, volume and bass responsiveness. Other than being a great speaker on its own, it's a fantastic task companion. The echo is set with every normal task you would ever need, and then some. I would happily buy another if anything were to ever happen to this one.

I decided to upgrade from the Echo Dot to the Echo. Works great with my home audio and my Fire TV.
