i didnt know what this was at 1st till neighbor got one, so i had to also--love it !

Easy to hook up and use. Great sound. I use this device in many ways every day!

First time with anything like Alexa and still trying to figure out all her features. Kids love to ask her questions but she doesn't connect to as many apps as I would like and doesn't connect with my Apple products (calendar, music playlists, etc). Wish I'd realized that sooner but still enjoy listening to podcasts & Audible books. She has great sound quality for music as well.

I really didn't think I'd use the Echo nearly as much as I do. It's unbelievable!!! It's my go to for questions, weather, news, and the family even plays games on it !! The music is great... such big sound from such a small speaker. I need one for every room !!!

Bought as a gift for my mother in law for Christmas, and was happy to hear that her husband got Alexa to play "Revelry" at volume 10 to wake her up in the morning. Easy to use and great sound quality for listening to music. Helpful with definitions and spelling of words.

I use it in my classroom with preschoolers.....the only thing I don't like is sometimes I have to repeat my request...dos'nt pick voice up good...

Husband gave to me as an anniversary gift and I thought he was crazy. I do love it though. I wish it came with more directions of all it is capable of doing. I'm sure I am missing out on a lot of possibilities. The sound is great. We use it a lot for music.

Alexa is a great tool. It's fun to use, but the DOT has just as much functionality and seems to hear my voice better. The speaker on the Echo is better, but when the volume us up high, it can't hear me at all. The DOT can connect to an external speaker via bluetooth or 3.5mm, and it's a third of the price

While there is absolutely nothing wrong with this item, the kids get more fun from it than I do. It is extremely impressive with its prompt responses and info.

This is our second full size Echo and I love it. It is a great device overall, and when combined with other smart home products it really comes to life. I highly recommend one to anyone that is curious about the features or the potential uses in home automation.

I've always been a fan of gadgets,and I had to have it. I had read some of the reviews that were quite favorable, but I had to find out for myself. I absolutely love it. The sound is rich and room filling. In fact, the sound in bigger than its very discreet size.

Love the Alexa Full size, great speakers and look forward to new things she can do.

This is an amazing piece of hardware. The Amazon Echo is very user friendly and my girlfriend loves how the echo interfaces with her Phillips Hue and simple it is to operate. I am definitely looking at getting another one for my mother for her birthday in the upcoming months.

I really enjoy using alexa. It is program to answer almost any question you ask it.

I recieved my echo for Mother's Day and I figured it was just another toy for my husband to play with! I am not to high tech savvy but found the echo very easy to use!! I especially like the grocery list! I would highly recommend this product to anyone young or old

Bought this on a whim! I really have enjoyed using it. At first I wasn't sure what I would use it for, but over time I have found many uses and ways to enjoy it. I'm still learning! I am able to interact with items I didn't think I could interact with at first. We will see how the it goes in the long run

This is a rare instance of a product delivering on its promises. The set up is extremely easy and intuitive. Amazon has clearly taken the lead in the home assistance space with Echo. As more compatible products become available, the usefulness is only going to improve.

I have two echos and one dot. I am purchasing this one for a gift for my daughter. Amazon keeps adding enhancements all the time. I have one echo at my cabin for playing music, controlling lights and thermostat. You can control all devices from either location.

Daily Alexa wakes me up, gives me the scores of last nights games and weather. Better than the dot because you don’t have to reconnect to the speaker. I love being able to listen to music on demand. The $5 per month is worth it.
