The only problem I have with the tablet is charging the battery. After a few weeks I have seen problems with intermittent charging levels of the battery. Sometimes it won't charge, and other times it only charges to a limited amount of capacity.

The screen has an image burned into it and it is so blurry it is unusable. I do not live anywhere near a BestBuy, but I have to take it in to be looked at, so support is also trash. The charger that came with it got so hot I was concerned about fire.

I can assure you that the device is not supposed to have any image burn in or be blurry so this very much may be a defective device. The charger does not normally get hot either. Being so far from a Best Buy can be difficult to get proper service on it as well. The good news is that your device comes with a 2 year worry-free guarantee from us directly!
