Cute but very cheap made

How do I purchase a "brand new" tablet for my child and it doesn't work. Horrible and I'd like my money back. She has a better time on my school tablet. Save your money!

Didn’t honor true warranty.

They didn’t give replacement value so my granddaughter will still not have her tablet. Her family can’t afford to pay the difference. A warranty should replace not give them a card for less then it cost to replace.
