It’s very slow and hangs all the time , the only good thing is the case around it

Wish it had usb-C. With kids using it they have broken the charger port and now I need to find another option.

We've been using this tablet periodically for about 5 months now. Bought it on black Friday last year but recently started using it. Was waiting for my son to be older. Currently after a handful of uses the screen is all broken from being dropped a few feet up by a toddler. It looks like a warranty wasn't offered. We're pretty sad about this. Without the internet our options are limited. I'm hoping the screen can be fixed.

Bought this few weeks ago, my 5 years old like to play with it. Easy use, just charge and the apps are there.

The tablet lasted 10 minutes before the screen blacked out. I was traveling with my 3 yo nephew and I stopped in Conroe and exchanged. He loves.

The first one we bought the screen went out for some reason, we got it replaced, however I'm really not a fan of this laptop for kids

Good for kids but all apps do not work on here. ABC mouse has too much going on and will not load on here.

horrible, kept glitching out and runs SOOOO slow! Tried to return and had put in for a return but didn't get to the store before the return period ended even though I had already started the return way before the period ended but now I'm stuck with a product that is useless.

HATE that you are required to add a credit card on a KID'S tablet! This is why you hear stories ALL the time of kids accidentally spending thousands of dollars on Amazon. Even though I deleted my card and had parental controls on my toddler bought a $20 movie. Luckily I was able to get it refunded, but when I asked the rep how a purchase was made after I deleted ALL payment methods on my account he told me Amazon automatically saves the last card on file even if you delete it. I wish I would have just returned the tablet because now I'm afraid to let anyone use it out of fear of "accidentally" buying something. This has made the tablet absolutely useless to us.

Got this for my grandson but i dont like it. Its not managerable like the other 3 that i got.

Tablet is very very slow. Whether you are connected to wifi or a hotspot, the speed deathly slow. Worst tablet I have ever used. If you’re looking for something to get to your kid in the car quickly for them to use, this is not the best thing.

My 2 year old loves it But she broke it within 3 months and the sound no longer works

purchased for my 4 year old daughter . its cute but it loaded super slow you get what you pay for not satisfied with purchase i read reviews of others who purchased and i gotta say not very honest . the idea is cool though but the tablet to me is not the best .
