This item was under warranty and should have been replaced. They didn’t give replacement value so my granddaughter will still not have her tablet. Her family can’t afford to pay the difference. A warranty should replace not give them a card for less then it cost to replace.

Missing product refunded money. Will try again when it’s all over

Price changed after the 15 days. Most companies have a 30 day price change, but bestbuy has consistently gone down since 2011. The customer satisfaction is not a priority for this downward trending company...

I would not buy another one period.. I think it is crap.

really laggy, feel like its filled with so much bloatware just getting off the lock screen feels like a chore. If there was a easy way to wipe it down to barebones it might be better. ended up giving it away

Aweful, confusing, returned it purchased iPad. My grandson is three and has no problems with iPad. Download what you want too. The other one you can only get what Amazon has to offer. It was total junk.

It was a really bad choice buying this tablet to my daughter. Keyboard is really bad (compared to Samsung/iPad) most of the games she tried to install didn’t work, besides it was available for install on Amazon store...

after two days the screen cracked and was not able to use that side of it. the case was no protection for it. How can you make a product for kids and it be this bad? had to give it one star but id deserves zero stars

I hate this tablet. It is way too busy for a toddler and her mother. Way can't you just download apps and use wif? Why must you have to subscribe to Amazon to even use it? I will be returning this junk,

It’s very difficult to set up you have to have an Amazon account and everything too complicated I got it for my one year old granddaughter never again will I purchase this!

Very disappointed. Purchased the tablet to entertain the baby on a cruise. It wouldn’t even connect to the WiFi. Then the few video clips I downloaded stopped working and the device crashed. It was worthless.

It’s been a month since i gave the pink one for Christmas it stopped charging having a hard time getting it warranted keep going from amazon to Best Buy it’s a real nite mare!!

I ordered 1 being charged for two not getting anywhere calling your service center they claim I should come to store what do they have to do with online shopping or billing solve this problem for me

Unfortunately I had to buy this twice. The first address you sent it to was the wrong address. I was picking it up curbside but it was sent to the wrong address. Now I am out 78.00.

I did not like the you tube for kids on this tablet. It did not stay on what I type in. Like bob the train.. one video and then it went to the same 12 or so videos......already programmed

Can’t seen to get it to do iTunes for kids or and thing else. Do I guess what I’m saying I don’t like it for my nephew and he doesn’t either

Don’t be cheap and just get the real one. This thing is a drag to set up and my little one can’t figure it out. I can but that’s not why you get this thing. Screw this thing

Not crazy about this at all. Going to take it back to see if it’s defective. Freezes , goes black, can’t download anything .

Bad connect to charge. Very very slow to recharge. Took 2 days to get 100% from 17%. Will return it back to exchange or repair
