I’m not sure if it’s an update glitch but regardless they love the games however sometimes feel limited by the selection in the App Store. Definitely a great starter device, the case is very durable!

She took to it immediately. Fairly easy to use. Only 2 drawbacks that I have found: 1) Not having a physical home button can be a bit difficult for children when they want to go back to the home screen. 2) It would be nice to have a built in feature where the screen could be locked while a video is playing so kids don’t mess around with the screen or touch by accident. Some kind of button combination unlock feature. Overall, very satisfied with this product.
