No good slow resolution after 4 months not working any more

I bought 2 of these. One for each grandkid. The first on th screen cracked after about 3 weeks. The warranty is not through best buy you have to jump through hoops to get a new one and you have to go through Amazon. Best buy won't have anything to do with you. Now the second one I purched just stays on the Amazon screen and won't do anything else. If you are going to buy this product buy it from Amazon because best buy will not help you one bit.

perfect for my 6 year old, only 1 thing is that it's not as quick loading apps or switching from an app to the home screen. Otherwise its works wonders for my little one

Got for our 3 year old. We usually use apple products and this certainly isn’t as fancy as Apple, however, as her first tablet - it’s perfect.
