I bought the Amazon fire 7" tablet for my younger daughter and she loves it. The color of it is a beautiful color. It takes great pictures and it also has some upgrades that the tablet she got last Christmas didn't have,which is always a good thing. My daughter loves everything about the tablet.

Grandma needed a new tablet to play words with friends on. Downloaded the game from the amazon app store (words with friends). It would just keep closing out of the app. So, I went through the process of downloading the google play app store so I could download Words with friends 2. It took longer than necessary as this thing isn't packing much heat in the processing department. Just got Words 2 running but it's not great. It's pretty laggy and slow but it's a 50$ tablet I'm not quite sure why I expected anything more. I'll have to check back with gma to make sure it's running at least as good as her old one.

Bought this basically for my grandkids when they visit but find myself enjoying it. I said "fairly easy to set up and use" only because if you do not currently have an Amazon account it does take a few minutes to do but is not difficult. Love being able to simply tell it what I want it to do.

I got this tablet to strictly read books and watch movies. It works well for that and is compatible for my Amazon streaming services. It is inexpensive, portable, and a good buy for anyone like me who wants to separate your digital streaming from other things on your phone or personal computer.

Good Value with caveats: It's the weak Amazon App Store. Missing some of your favorite apps. There are ways to install Play store that are multi steps but not too tricky 16 GB is just not enough. Needs 32 GB, especially if you want to install Play Store.

Cheap and came with a dead pixel so I took it back. Best Buy’s tablet section was abysmal also the display looked like an abandoned store. I wanted to compare the screen size with my phone but the display only had fire 10”. I eventually ended up exchanging it for a fire 8” which I like for what it is. I would definitely buy this for a young child though seeing as its very cheap and can easily run simple child’s games without lag.

I'm really pleased with this. It does exactly.what I wanted and more. I read extensively and listen to audio books in the car. The regular kindles dont have a headphone jack and this does!

I bought this for my boy and daughter-in-law to use on trips in the car for playing my granddaughter's shows in the car. They said she loves it and makes for a more relaxing ride for all. My granddaughter is 6 months old. She's learning electronics young.

I love everything about this tablet. I have 3 kids and each one of them have one! It has all the fun stuff they like to download butttt it also comes Kindle which is perfect for their weekly reading book reports. Love this.

I like this tablet although I can’t access free music like I thought and the battery runs down pretty quick. Other than that, it was a pretty good price. l bought them on a Black Friday sale! I bought a total of 7 for Christmas gifts. I’m sure friends and family will be happy.

I originally purchased this product for my mother whom I didn’t know at the time who had Dementia. My son whom Is a college freshman is the new owner of this great item. It is ver·sa·tile, read books, games!

It was inexpensive. On sale. Was great for quite awhile. Sad to say doesnt work now. Havent tried to troubleshoot the problem but i have bought several before that have ended up not working

The price is what you get . Recommend for kids or someone reading . Other than that don't overload it . Battery does drain but there are ways other than the cheat things online that you can hit on the tablet to save some battery .

I've little interest in video, I use my fire to read ! Free Book app, I always have some fiction to read. I download an occasional 'old magazine'. Scroll through instagram and pinterest. I spend a lot of time with my fire.

Not a very good tablet. It is really laggy and a little slow when doing anything on it. I received it for free from a bundle offer. It has ads that are permanent on the lock screen unless you do a one time payment to take them off. Also, it only has the amazon app store, but you are able to follow some instructions online in order to add the google play store. I mainly use it to watch videos and the playback quality has been fine. Should be good to read books, browse the internet, and watch videos. Might take a second to have things load though.

We got it for my 5 year old for the kids locked setting it is perfect for her I've even benefited from it for having the kindle app downloaded on my cell phone I read a lot and they offer to add a device so I keep it on my cell phone ... BEST TABLET WE HAVE EVER GOT....

This is Amazon's most basic of basic Tablet. Great for a kid or someone that new to the tablets. The only real complain about this tablet is no Google Apps (I can side load them) and the battery is only good for about 3 days when sitting around and doing nothing.

I use the Kindle to listen to book and it does that . This model is not as easy to use as my first and does not stay lit or turn pages , no pages . For the price , it’s perfect and I kept the books from the old Kindle.

Was looking for a quick and inexpensive way to access the internet while my iPhone was being repaired. Never expected to use this as much as I still do, nor did I realize all of the functions it serves. This was a great surprise at a great price.

My son broke his kids edition Amazon tablet, so instead of purchasing a new one with the child proof case . Did a quick research . ordered this one came home and took the old one out of the case and very simple. Put in credentials from account and .....easy easy
