For Christmas I purchased this Kindle Fire for my grandson and he was so surprised! His jaw just dropped... “it has the new update too!” He told me he just loves it! That is all I cared about: his happiness.

My son loves his new tablet. The price was very affordable as well. I’m glad I was able to walk right in and purchase it. Best Buy always has the best customer service and products!!!!

Sturdy tablet like anything else you use up memory tablet starts to slow down need to get a memory card. Video is grainy but you get what you pay for

My 6 and 5 year old love it. They are homeschooled and the Amazon apps help with their learning. I can set a passcode to keep them from buying things they shouldn’t. Great product.

Worked great while it lasted! Taking off a star because Amazon needs to make sure there are more cases for their tablets and that which one fits your product is quickly and easily recognizable. I wouldn’t normally downgrade for this but I feel like the bargain tablet market is aimed a lot at kids but then you can’t find cases nearly as easily or as plentifully as iPad. For the record I’m a proficient but not expert internet shopper. If you either are not an expert or do not want to have to spend a significant amount of time locating case options for a tablet then I might suggest looking elsewhere. Like I said, I am definitely at least a proficient Internet shopper, and I had a very significant amount of difficulty trying to locate mainstream case options with a lot of reviews. So much so that I never found one even though I knew how important it was. Subsequently it got stepped on after about the 20th time of getting left out on the floor. Replaced it with a cheap generic chrome book because no way was I going through this case debacle again. I would’ve rather have had a tablet with a brighter screen for the kids but I couldn’t risk it getting stepped on again and I’m not buying an iPad for reckless children so we are officially out of the Fire tablet market.

the accessories for kids once you put it in the case it turns down the voulme. Wish i had control over the apps that are on the home screen. parental control does not remove them.

I ordered this tablet online and I just happened to be in Palm Desert, so I took a chance, stopped at the store, and it was in stock so I bought it. The best decision I made My Grandson loves it.

Got this for grandbaby boy. He loves it watches all his videos. Keeps him occupied with educational apps. Only thing is battery life not that great.

I have had my new fire now for just a few days, and so far, I really like it . I ordered the recommended case with it and it fit beautifully, nice and snug for a very thin sleek look.

Wanted to upgrade my kids old kindle. Hoping these will last as long as the 1st gen ones. The 1st gen ones I lasted forever and is still working. Can't say for the 5th gen which the quality has diminished.

I purchased this tablet for my four-year-old son for his birthday he really seems to enjoy it and pretty much uses it daily so I’m pretty satisfied that he’s happy with it

This is an excellent tablet works great for audio and video, Alexa isn't bad but google search is so much better. It is difficult to use Google search and the default Bing is not nearly as good.

Bought to replace an older one. My young son uses it with a child case on it. Has a bit of issues with the wifi connectivity from time to time. Overall not a bad purchase.

My kids love this tablet. Its keeps them entertained for a long time. My suggestion is to buy a case for the tablet and warranty. Kids tend to be very rough with their things.

Some of the features does not work that will and plus you can't download apps that you want. Also Alexa don't work anymore on their tablets anymore.

I got this during Black Friday for a great price. Honestly it's great for basic use such as streaming, YouTube, basic web surfing. Especially for my parents who's not tech savvy this does what they want.

Brought this one as a gift for my husband. But i got one last year. Fantastic little tablet, does everything i needed it too. And still going strong. Would definitely recommend it.

I actually bought this for my 76yr old mom while she was in the hospital to watch her programs that I record on xfinity. She was able to use this, she doesnt have any computer skills but that didnt matter

Bought this for the kids to use at home. Cannot download too many apps as it takes up storage space rather quickly. Parent controls are a must to prevent unwanted downloads from kids.
