Worthless either way

When registered with Amazon all you see is content pushed by them, (a lot of it requires purchase). When not registered it does function as a normal tablet but you can only get apps from Amazon. All other apps will not work. Their app store is severely lacking for titles. If you want more than a Facebook app, good luck. Personally I was greatly disappointed in it's functionality when set up either way. It is either a marketing tool to sell Amazon products or a minamalistic useless tablet. I WILL BE RETURNING THIS ITEM.

I got this just to read kindle books and horrible choice, I turned it in for a kindle paper white

Not what I expected

I couldn't get certain apps cause they aren't amazon, their is too many apps on the screen that you can't take off & on the lock screen they have ads. Tried to put it in kids mode but kept telling me error not set up for U.S.??? only U.K.
