this product is an absolute piece of crap. I have best wifi available and it constantly loses a signal. Can't even get the apps that I bought it for. Not worth the money. Most Amazon products are complete crap.

Never again will i buy a fire tablet, worst thing ever it sucks. It worked for a week and then started to act up. Id rsther get a doffernt one

Purchased for my three boys because Samsung Kids Tablet was not available for purchase anywhere. Amazon tablets are not as great as the Samsung.

It comes with commercials and you Have to pay to get them removed. It’s a flimsy piece of plastic. And there is no customer service Because of the covid crap.

Was going to buy a laptop but the woman didn't have time to help us. We did buy one,but it was bought somewhere else.Whatever she was doing was more important than selling a laptop go figure.

seemed easy to set up but then would not function without being connected to a network. constantly defaulting back to telling you to set up the tablet even after it was set up. took 4 tries to get a free book to download

Probably the worst product I ever experienced, I thought I was getting a deal I had the tablet one day then exchanged it for galaxy

Was damaged when I picked it up. Wasn’t sure why the Best Buy employee would bring this out as a curbside order when the box was damaged and there was a hole in it knowing it was a tablet

Terrible. The battery didnt last at all like the rest of the amazon tablets we got for the kids. Returned and replaced with a digiland tablet.

The tablet is loaded with ads always trying to sell you something. It can't play Pokemon go. The worst part is within minutes of turning on it heats up warmer then my heating pad. Don't buy this even if it is on sale.

I'm very upset I'm going to bring back and exchange for another the tablet won't hold a charge and cuts off in middle of game didn't know it was refurbished I wouldn't have bought this one

The worse table you could ever buy. If want to search the net the web browser its like using the old internet explorer on dial up running 26mps

horrible. doesnt keep a charge. wont actually download games even though it will says its downloading then continues to say theres an issue.

It is very small and can literally only download amazon apps. Good for a young child I suppose.

It broke when it turns on it shows a blue screen. Had to buy another but this time I purchased a warranty. Product is cheaply designed.

I bought this to replace an old nexus 7. Unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations. The browser is Silk and it doesn't seem to like anything Google. It also often kicks me off of my WiFi.

My tablet has very poor battery charging my battery goes down even when I'm not using it that's not good, I love best buy but this item here I wish I would have chosen another one!

I ordered this tablet for my son’s birthday he started playing it on 8/27/20 He played it until 9/28/20 then the screen went black and the tablet is not coming back on
