I have a laptop & a smartphone, but I needed an extra screen to view Zoom meetings, lectures, links, etc. This tablet is the perfect addition! So far I use it for my university portal, Netflix, Hulu, Twitch, & Outlook email. Gave it 4 stars because you can’t download Microsoft Word which is kind of inconvenient. However you can use microsoft office .com (or something like that) & use Word that way. There are a few apps you can’t dowload unless you troubleshoot it using your computer (idk how but there’s YouTube videos on this). You can use the website versions tho; for example you can’t download the Chase Bank app, but you can easily go on chase .com. The battery runs out a bit faster than expected. It’s not bad as long as you have an outlet in your work/study station. Try to get a case for it because it can be a bit slippery & it’s better for your screen to stay proctored when it’s not in use. Definitely purchase the $15 Geek Squad 1-year protection!

We purchased this Amazon 7 tablet for our 4 year old granddaughter and she had no trouble using it to watch videos that we downloaded for her. We set up parental control so she will not get to a site she shouldn't. So far we have not had any issues with this tablet.

I got this for my daughter to replace the one she got a couple of years ago. Given the frequency of use, I was surprised by how long the first one lasted and was happy to go with the same one. It's a great value and very easy to use, as my daughter was six when she first started using her Amazon Fire and had no trouble using it on her own.

I’m not an Android fan...at all. I got this tablet specifically to install Zoom because I’m not putting that software on snything that has my personal information, contacts, or any sort of info I deem personal and not for public consumption. Zoom is a security disaster. This tablet delivers and more. For less than $50, I have a device for Zoom that works almost flawlessly. The few clients I installed, Outlook and OneDrive (created email/outlook acct. specifically for this device) as well as some free apps like a text editor and a network status tool all work great. If Android and Google Play also wasn’t a security disaster, I would use this as a daily driver. WiFi is weak, however. Where my iPhone, iPad and laptops get full signal, I only get half (3 bars) on the Kindle Fire. The CPU is (obviously) not the fastest so performance could be better. But, as a Zoom device, it works great. Front facing camera is more than sufficient. I had to get an Android headset cable with inline microphone to use with my Sennheiser Momentum wireless headset because it doesn’t support the Bluetooth headset profile, just the headphone profile (no mic). It’s a simple, no frills Android tablet that does the job I bought it for really well

Very handy and far better than an iPad. Bought 2 of them for the kids for 50 bucks, bought a pack of two 64gb memory cards and two cases from Amazon for 30 more dollars. They love them, the size is perfect, great battery life and no excessive anxiety about losing them or damage. The only draw back, which I expect will get better as more people use them, is that some apps/games aren’t available.

Got this for my grandkids ages 8 and 10 after they broke the more expensive tablets. You can't go wrong with these. I didn't get them on sale but they are only $50 and for $15 extra I got the one year warranty. They love them they do all the games they had on the expensive ones and they are just the right size to carry around in their little hands and keep them entertained where ever you go.

Very basic tablet. Best for child use. No high end screen, the processor isn’t the best and it’s not the most responsive. If you just want a tablet and nothing else, this is what you want.

An excellent tablet to get someone started on a low budget without caring if it will get damaged on the other side its strong as a brick so even if it falls it will be fine On the inside its very basic not the fastest but it does the job perfect for amazon prime video and to read books

easy to use use it to listen to music compact inexpensive

I bought this for my fiance as a gift, her very first tablet so it took her some getting used too. She managed to figure it out without much stress within a couple of weeks and has absolutely loved it. She drags it around everywhere! Thankfully, it holds a great charge and its sleekness doesnt take up much space.

Honestly, I almost purchased the $500 iPad mini. Then, I woke up and realized how often I would be using the tablet and what for. I love my Fire tablet. I appreciate the 7 inch size. It does the job! Not as smooth running as an iPad, but smooth enough. Great for me!

It's an awesome tablet that can be had for a low price, great for a gift for your kids, great parental controls, timers, settings. It's just a neat all around tablet and if an adult would like to get one, it is great to be used as a kindle, youtube, facebook, just a solid tablet that amazon made and can be found for quite cheap if purchased at the right time.

My daughter had a tablet before I bought this one. I bought this one because she had cracked her screen and it was cheaper for me to buy a new tablet than to replace the screen. She not only loves the color but it also has more storage for the games that she likes to play. The price itself is affordable and we could not be happier.

This is by no means a high-end tablet, but it does all the basic functions of a tablet and is dirt cheap compared to other tablets. We use it mainly for games for the kids and some music and movie streaming. It works well for these purposes, but if you're a heavy user, you may want to buck up and get something nicer.

It works good for what I wanted, a light tablet for pre-bedtime games, email, etc. It is lightweight and holds a charge for a couple of days of pretty regular use. Mini iPads and many smaller Android tablets cost more or are too much geared for kids. This works well for me and my needs.

We bought it for our son to watch his videos. We put a rubber foam case and screen saver on it so he doesn't break it. We stored some videos on it so when we don't have wifi. We got it when it was on sale for $29.95

Bought this tablet for Zoom meetings. It's easy to use, reasonably priced and the perfect size for Zoom meetings. I've contacted customer service chat lines twice in order to get help in setting it up and viewing multiple participants, and each time the issues were resolved in a short period of time!

I am a fan of the fire tablet and have a 10 inch that I use a good deal. I bought this for travel and works great for that -- can even type on it with Bluetooth keyboard in tight space. But it is also the perfect size for relaxing and reading. The one issue is not with the product but apps need a better note taking app.

Great item at an affordable price ....its a win win. Its very lightweight and can fit in.my handbag. I use it to read the latest best seller....surf the web....play games & social media. I would recommend this item to potential buyers. You won't be disapppinted.
