I've never seen my daughter happier

I purchased the warranty and went to exchange it and BB said they'd exchange it but didn't have it so we got a gift card. With the gift card we purchased this and the wait time would be 4 days except it arrived in 2 days. This is my daughter's 2nd Kindle and just from seeing the improvements Amazon put into this I will say we're happy customers.

Pretty disappointed

It was inexpensive enough the day after Thanksgiving but I would have returned it had I purchased it at full price. I am disappointed that I can only put Amazon products on this tablet. If there is some other way to access my own content from other sources I haven't figured it out yet. I would only recommend this item if you have Amazon Prime and have access to all that content.
