Good reader overall

I upgraded to the Amazon Fire 7 because my older model would no longer charge. You can't make the text quite as large with this Fire as with my previous one. The main problem for me is when getting a word definition, the print is very small and difficult for me to read, and I see no way to make it bigger.

My wife got me this as an e-reader, but it actually runs really great for watching shows and playing games on the side. It works with all the reading apps I have too and the screen is perfect, far better than my phone.

I can use the tablet instead of my heavy laptop.

It is mich smaller to carry when I need something when I'm not home. I had a problem that it would not turn on or charge. I went on line & was advised to hold it on for 40 seconds. It worked fine and hasen't given any trouble I don't know how to send a picture.
