I have owned three Kindles since they came out I have had all of them protected and I'm an avid reader so much I ruined the battery by forgetting to unplug it once it's completely charged and all I had to do was bring it to Best Buy and got a new one

Can’t say anything cause I sent it to Washington for our grandkid.

I like the price but the quality is poor. I would buy another one

Purchased to play specific music app that Alexa or other home devices can't get. Plays music for short period of time then contently interrupted by ads and screen ads. Has the 8gb of memory but has so many amazon apps already installed it takes up most of the memory. Installed a 64gb external SD and still has trouble with memory storage. Also, it keeps closing music apps occasionally and restarts frequently. Not recommended for everyday use.

I purchased this as a gift for my technologically challenged father. After some one on one lessons he has finally mastered it and is now enjoying his free time playing virtual poor and watching netflix. This is an affordable product that has many uses for people of all ages!

Got these as a paid for very cheap price. Very good attention seeker for small kids who are easily distracted. Give them this in the docter office and won't hear a peep. 2021 and they are still doing their job

I love my kindle! I don't get a lot of time to read during the day, having a kindle allows me to read at night without disturbing my husband with the light being on. Bonus, this kindle let's you automatically set the screen to din between certain hours. Excellent buy!

Once it finally got up and running it works great as a kids tablet. Spent 2 hours on the line with Amazon though because it got stuck in a setup loop. I am very tech savvy and couldn’t figure it out and they had to do it. That was beyond frustrating but at least it worked.

Bought this as a raffle gift but I also own one. It is great for playing games, watching just about anything on Prime, and quick internet searches. Honestly, I mostly use it for games! The screen quality is really nice and the price couldn't be beat.

You can find lots of inexpensive tablet out there but most are deposable and become a waste of money. The Amazon Fire Tablet is the exception and retains usability even as it ages. Everyone in the family has one and we all enjoy the Amazon ecosystem

Loads of ads for Amazon. If you don’t mind skipping past the ads it is a decent tablet. I only use it for reading but if you want to use it for multiple purposes you my want to consider something else.

I bought this as a gift for a family member. I had bought three of the same last thanksgiving as gifts as well. It's a great tablet that pretty much serves most tablet needs. But, unlike a lot of Android tablets, it gets updated by amazon and is pretty secure.

I bought this so my wife could stream movies in bed but she tried it once and gave up. Cool little tablet. I would recommend if it had more memory or a faster processor.

These tablets are extremely wonderful so many apps and so much that you can do with anything on here almost I highly recommend this to all. I've purchased so many over the years as gifts my children have had there's four years and they love them.

I purchased this tablet for my 3 year old non-verbal autistic son to use to communicate with us. The software is 3rd party, but turns this into a full communications device for him to communicate his needs to us. Highly recommended at the price!

I have extensive experience with tablets, and was at first pleased with this item however as I used it more, it seemed to be slow loading apps like the NYTimes or the WashingtonPost however since I primarily purchased this for my mother who is very tech illiterate, it seems to suffice so far and she gets a kick out learning to use Alexa. The Alexa response to the most popular enquiry in the house “What’s the weather” Is really good and as time goes by I am certain to appreciate this device it in ways I’m not aware of right now. I do own a older (not Alexa enabled tablet which I like) I’d give it 4 stars but the slow loading of the apps is annoying especially since the router in their house was just upgraded.

This tablet is near useless. Even at the Black Friday $29.00 price, I regret bringing the extra junk clutter into my home. The processor is painfully slow, even during basic functioning. As soon as you start this tablet, it's an exercise in frustration. The company put emphasis on the random advertisements that come to the lock screen. It's blatant and cheap, and I feel insulted every time I pick up the stupid thing. The concept that I paid for an advertising machine with my money, to Amazon's benefit, irritates me. You get what you pay for, and here you're paying for garbage.
