Ads on every corner of the tablet. Horrible processor. Simply scrolling the apps makes it lag. Dont bother trying any games. Very disappointed.

The 8GB is the lowest range of the 2017 7" Fire Tablet. I would get the 16GB model instead for better hardware specs and memory space. The 8GB model is slow and clunky after using it for a while. I should have done some research before purchasing it.

It worked good when it was ready, the second time I turned it on thought I had a dud but twenty minutes later it came on on it’s own, took it back and traded up to a Samsung tablet.

Got as birthday present for my brother. It does the job for him. He mainly watches videos. He's low maintenance. It has limited storage, not able to download many apps. I prefer Play store apps. Not sure I would buy for me personally.

The hardware looks solid and dependable. The user interface, though, is not documented, clunky, frustrating, and very counter-intuitive. If I wrote something like it for the company that I work for, I'd be in deep trouble.

This is a decent tablet but not all the apps that i usually am able to get thru google store were not accessible so i did return this tablet

I bought this wanting a small tablet to read or watch Netflix and play games. Some games run slow and could barely download apps because I ran out of room fast. It’s also way smaller than I thought, but that wasn’t a problem.

Pro: Good for basic use such as reading, and light streaming music ex: Spotify or YouTube. Con: not enough storage and can't remove Amazon apps which has automatic downloads. Good deal, bought it on sale for $35.

I am disappointed that it is not as easy for me to maneuver as the older version. I was told there would be no ads and that was incorrect. I am not using it much at the moment but hope to change that soon.

Have grabbed these as gifts, first time I used one myself. When watching videos the resolution is not impressive; looks a lot better on my phone. Gave it to my grandson, he seems to enjoy it.

The Amazon Fire 7" tablet is nice for a child that you want to keep entertained at home. But beyond that this tablet is not worth the purchase. It is a very inexpensive tablet, don't get me wrong, it does what it advertises, it just does not do it very well. It's slow to load anything, it's riddled with unwanted advertisements, and it won't even let me use Chrome as my search engine, it limits me to using the built in browser called silk, which is not smooth at all. If you are looking for a Fire Tablet do yourself a favor and buy the 10" model or even better yet a Samsung tablet.

its a nice tablet for my kids and free time by amazon is great but it doesn't hold a charge for long, I charge it full and wont use it for a day or so and the battery drains fast while not in use.

This was a piece of junk. Extremely slow and wasn’t able to do much without it crashing.
