Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I expected low end from a tablet this cheap but wow... even from the cheap packaging I knew from the get go I was in for a poor quality product.. coming from a 3 to 4 year old LG Gpad and a Galaxy tab S1... this thing is awful. Horrid screen quality, really cluttered ugly operating system.. and ADs! I thought amazon sold ad supported and ad free versions and this one didnt specify so I assumed it was ad free. Anyway.. its slow and laggy all around.. its thick.. plasticky.. huge bezels.. cheap cheap cheap. Amazon has once again shown it cant design a good looking product (ugly alexa, ring door bells, security camera line). The app store is very limited so youll have to figure out how to get the google store on there (no nest app for baby monitor) Id rather have a used higher end tablet for the money. Mine is being returned.. worst buy in a year, I never return things.

Defective

Charging port will stop working

With the same issue and you would think I would qualify for replacement due to faulty issues that are common but no I have to purchase a whole new device for the third time!! I honestly loved the device until I had this charging port issue happen for a second time!

Stopped working after 3 months
