This is a good size for me. Not so small I can't see nor yet too large to handle or slip in my purse. The price was really great. It is pretty simple to use and does everything I want it to do and more.

I got this as a Black Friday special to replace my Nook as an e-reader since it was so dated and I had some customer service issues with them and didn't feel comfortable purchasing on the Nook store anymore. My Kindle has been great for reading and occasional web browsing, which is all I really wanted it for. It's nowhere near the speed of browsing on my actual computer, but doesn't load pages so slow as to bother me so I don't mind. I love that it fits in my purse, though I definitely want to get a case for it to protect it since the screen already got a scratch somehow. I've read more in the last few weeks since buying it than I had in probably a couple years. Love it

I love this item. I usually use it to download and play games, I use this to take and store a lot of pictures. Works great, lightweight. And I bought it for a very reasonable price.

I bought this for my Son after he kept trying to take Mom and Dad’s much more expensive iPads. The software is great for limiting what apps he can use and for how long and paired with “kindle free time” (separate monthly subscription) he has access to a lot of fun educational content that has been curated to ensure kid friendliness. It is not speedy but for the price you really can’t ask it to do too much. The screen is also a decent resolution but not super crisp. It is a fabulous value for money and is great if you’re on a budget or want something for the kids. Especially if you are a Prime member or purchase the free time subscription.

Great deal on Black Friday bought two for my grandson!

I actually bought this tablet as a gift for my niece. My niece likes to draw and does henna tattoos for friends. Lately she's been drawing on a sketch pad, but I wanted to give her an affordable tablet on which she could sketch, as well. Along with the Fire 7, I also gave my niece a fine point stylus which also works with the Fire 7 tablets. She owns a 1st generation Fire 7, but I didn't know whether the stylus was compatible with the model, being that it is so old. I also own a 5th Generation Fire 7, and for the price I paid for it, it is a very decent tablet. So upgrading my niece's tablet seemed like a good idea. My niece loved the new tablet and the stylus. I also recommended that my niece download SketchBook Pro, which has much more features than the basic free SketchBook app, and both work with Fire 7 tablets. My niece also sings, and I've read that it is possible to attach a USB microphone (with the right app), using a USB adapter, and turn your Fire 7 into a 48 kHz audio recorder. I would recommend the Fire 7 (7th Generation) tablet for those wanting a nice quality tablet with a very affordable price!

This is a nice solid tablet for an entry level tablet.

This was bought for a Christmas present for one of my daughters friends from school, we have had these in the past and was very pleased, so we went out and purchased this and couldn’t be more happy only down side is once the screen cracks you should throw it away because it cost more to fix than to just by another
