Bought this for my granddaughter for Christmas. Haven't charged battery yet but will before I give it to her. She has a kindle fire I bought her a couple of years ago and she loves it. The one she has doesn't charge sometimes .

the size weight and available apps make this a great tablet/tool for our granddaughter who's entering Pre-K

This is the 4th Fire tablet, that I've purchased for non-technical savvy family members. They love it! It's simple, gets the job done sufficiently for light web surfing and video streaming. It just works. Can't beat the price.

My son purchased this tablet for me because the tablet (cheap brand) that I was using went haywire, and I absolutely love it, it's crispy clear and fast... I even told my niece to get her daughter one for Christmas

I bought this for my 6 years old son, and boy does he like it. I am stunned by the graphics quality, and descent sound. It's great for playing games and watching videos. The apps are OK, they download pretty fast.

this tablet is a nice size , my kids loved it but the only thing is that it works slow and the apps comes out the screen

Love these tablets for my younger kids. I can us parental control and set a time for them to use it.

The main purpose for this purchase was as a coffee table tablet to keep up with fantasy points and scoring while watching games on the tv. Turned into so much more as I take it virtually anywhere due to its small thin size. Fits perfectly in any travel bag. I love being able to look at all of my list between my amazon products through the Alexa app. To date we have three in our household. As a One time owner of an iPad,I found it too cumbersome for reading, but the size of this Fire is perfect.

This is a powerful portable tablet that performs many simple tasks like browsing, social media posting/viewing etc. I am thrilled by my purchase.

Can't go wrong with this tablet! For the price there is nothing better. Was very easy to set up a kid account for my son.

Got this for my 5 year old grandson. A word of caution, make sure you turn of purchasing if you are giving it to a child. He had it 5 minutes and I started getting txt notifications of purchases being made on it

I haven't had it long (1 week) so haven't yet found out whether I need to put virus/Malware on here so all I've been able to use it for is Solitaire. I do notice it gets pretty hot after about 20 minutes though.

Purchased this easy reader to replace my older model. Very happy with how lightweight and easy to use it is.

I love this small tablet! It is small enough to stick in my purse and it was very easy to set up and use.

I haven't actually used it yet - since it was on sale Black Friday and I have a birthday coming up - my husband bought it for me. My husband, granddaughter and grandson (variety of ages) all have one and use it for many different purposes (watching netflex, research and gaming) All seem to love it - so I wanted one also and will now have one for my birthday in a few days. (Wanted to make sure grandkids see grandma get something nice for her special birthday.)

This was perfect priced and perfect size for my 10 year old. It’s got parental programs too which is really helpful

Very user friendly and long lasting battery. Kids enjoy using it during our road trips. Parental controls work excellent.

Great amazon fire tablet. also bought an external 16G memory card to add more storage, tablet work great no problems.
