Best buy does not take care of the request, and if broken you will have to deal with a lengthy manufacturer warranty with Amazon. Amazon can possibly lose your device and since it was not purchased through them you will run into a world of problems. I do not recommend buying unless you plan to spend more money on the best buy protection.

This tablet is very limited in what you can do on it. The preset limitations to make it child appropriate make it tough to personalize it. An iPad is a little more expensive but definitely offers a lot more. I would invest the extra money and get an iPad and a tough case with it if it’s for a child. You’ll be a lot happier with your purchase

The non kids interface is not great and then the kids interface is almost unusable. The search function is useless and it becomes very buggy very quickly. Has no auto play and can't access actual YouTube. Would not recommend. Better to just spend the extra money on an IPad and good case.

You could download movies but you still have to use wifi to watch them. Can't even watch any youtube movies you may have bought. They try to make it so you only use there stuff. If I would have known that I would not have bought it. I rather have a tablet where I could use any app I want to use. But with this tablet you are very limited.

I was told there were free apps and things for son to play with. I plan on returning, wish i would had opened it as soon as i got it

I was not made aware of this requirement when I bought it in Tucson. Probably good luck when I try to return it when I am back in September. Hope to just get a restocking fee. I will use the return to buy another kids tablet that will work anywhere (unlocked?).

Due to COVID and this year not starting off well. I missed the deadline to return. I called Amazon help desk for assistance & still having issues. It's not user friendly. Disappointment mom

My daughter used it for maybe a week and a half and then the screen was black. I took it into a best buy to get it fixed and since it was 16 days since my purchase, they refused to help me. Not happy with my experience at all! Got a refund instead.

My daughter’s tablet I replaced last week & im going back to the store to replace the replacement. All these tablets have the same issue with the charging area. It’s some type of defect with charge area on the tablet.
