I let him play during shopping trips or when I need to get a chore done and it keeps him occupied for the time being. It has all kinds of apps for free or purchase to download! I recommend getting a memory card because some apps can use up alot of space. And get a screen protector

Kids Amazon Fire tablet 10th gen

As do we. He can play and watch all of his favorite shows, movies and games all at the tips of his smart little fingers. Its very user friendly and has great safety features. Also the durable case has been a life saver time and time again. We are very pleased with this product.

Amazon Fire 8 Kids 8"

If you do not have wi-fi it is not easy to connect to a wi-fi, you have to log out of the kids side and back into the Adult side. It does not allow for all the shows my daughter likes to see. The case is durable and protects it well. I am going to get an iPad instead as that is what I am more familiar with.

My great grand daughter loves this tablet!

Unfortunately the screen was damaged and we made an appointment with the Geek Squad .They let her pick a replacement in the store. which is a newer version with a stand. (other one did not have one). She loves it! Of course I renewed the protection plan for this one. Thank you Best Buy.
