Great idea - poor execution

I don’t know why I expected more out of this for the price. The tablet is slow, buggy, and sometimes unresponsive. I ended up not even giving it to my kids after I set it up. I just factory reset it and returned it. Purchased an iPad mini instead.

Sound of the tablet breaks down

The sound breaks while using it and it has to be turned off and one like rebooting a computer but the sound breaks still. I would like to have it replaced by Best Buy but my 30 days has already passed.

I made sure I asked her again & told her to double check because I didn’t think these tablets have that. She insisted that it did and I get these. Now I’m stuck with 2 tablets with just games and a few selected videos from YouTube. My daughters can’t even search anything on these tablets. I’m so disappointed an I don’t have my receipt so it’s like I gotta settle for these an I bought two. Waste of my money

Not such a good tablet
