I was getting a new computer for my granddaughter who is in last semester for her teaching degree. We took her son who is 3 yrs old. Him and I went looking while Mom got done. He spotted this tablet. Of course, Grandma bought it for him. HE CALLS IT "BLUE"! This is the best thing ever. The games taught him colors, numbers, and many educational games. It is the best toy for him. The price was very good. His mom loves it too! Thank you, Best Buy. You always have the best stuff!

The only reason this product is getting a 2 star rating is because I appreciate what it does overall (keeping your toddler entertained). However, that is about all the good there is when it comes to this tablet. It is quite surprising, personally speaking, that this product has such high reviews (which is the sole reason I got it). I should have definitely looked into it more before buying this. Connection - Terrible: I have a high end router so i can assure you the wifi connection is not the issue as all my other devices were connected just fine. Tablet might as well be wireLESS.... constantly getting disconnected and booted from internet for no reason whatsoever. Lag - Atrocious: I understand this is a fairly cheap tablet, however, the lag behind it is just simply outrageous. You cannot use this tablet properly to do anything, and when something does finally load, its so laggy you cannot do anything within the app. Freezing - Nightmare: If the lag and connection issues weren't bad enough, this tablet would constantly freeze to the point where NOTHING would load and buttons would be COMPLETELY unresponsive. This would require a reboot, quite frequently at that.

Great tablet for kids. Normal fire tablet with a hard case and warranty included. Only drawback is the kids mode has little explanation as to what the apps do. Trial and error is required.

Wonderful. Great for kids hope it has a long life span for my child. Would recommend to anybody looking for a tablet.
