Amazon is a little annoying because she had a hard time downloading some of the movies, because it wasn't "compatible", which is dumb since its their tablet and their site she was getting them from.

They're generally pretty careful with them since they've been told that broken Kindles will not be replaced. In one case, the Kindle simply stopped working - it would no longer turn on. There was a great deal going on so we did replace it. What a perfect product for a child! So many apps are available and they can learn new things while thinking they're just having fun. ;)
