What a great value! I don’t use a tablet enough to justify an iPad, and this has been awesome. The software could use some work, but overall no complaints. The screen is bright and sharp, and it’s fast enough for general use.

Its handy having this tablet around the house. I can check emails easily, and the screen is larger than my phone. Also, I dont run my phone battery down, and then have to leave the house on a low charge.

I bought this on a recent Best Buy sale as a birthday gift for a teenager. When they opened this tablet in front of everyone, they certainly thought I was the coolest guest at the party! I played with the tablet a bit and I can say it is very well built. It has a good weight and size, the screen is bright and colorful and the processor seemed very responsive. I also could see that having Amazon Prime would be very beneficial, as there would be lots of opportunities to utilize what Amazon has to offer from this tablet. I am considering getting one of these for myself in the future.

I bought this kindle for myself and my grandma. It is a great product. I can read books, stream tv shows and movies, and play games. This kindle is smooth and battery lasts a good while.

These tablets are amazing!!!! With a protective screen and case they have held up through my 2 and 3 year old with an amazing picture and one was thrown in the bathtub lol still works.

I purchased this tablet specifically to watch some YouTube and some movies on my Plex system. It work beautifully. No skipping on the videos. the only issue that I find annoying is the constant popup from amazon book.

Bought two of these, three actually if you count a previous gen I bought grandma last year (she reads from it all the time). If it's for a kid, get the kids version with the heavy duty case! Trust me. The parental controls are cool, setup with your account and then use the kids app so the youngins can't venture out into the darker web or buy apps without permission (unless if they figure out your passcode). Seems faster than my dumb phone and doesn't clunk out. I was surprised by the amount of apps available in the app store. I'll say that it's actually a boss machine for an older person or a child, the display is Top Notch, but if you're a tech wizard who dreams of making music and drawing album covers at the park, you'll probably want to go with a higher end machine.

Not a bad screen. A lot of the amazon bloatware on it. Turned it into an android tab so works a lot better now. Nice to have the playstore now. The processing power is meh, gets by with what I do, but can't do any type of gaming on it. The battery life is way better than expected even with brightness turned up.

Bought it for my dad since he like to read and it’s big!

I bought this for my daughter and she loves it. She wanted a Kindle but we went this route and it does everything and more that she wanted the kindle for.

I wanted a more powerful tool for my Grandkids for their school work. This will allow them to use their tablets rather than Mom's computer. This is also touch screen which they are familiar with from school.
