Difficult, to impossible if you would like to download any apps or content not associated with Amazon. If you want to read a book, or surf the inter-webs on a third rate browser....this is your huckelberry..... Returned...

The battery also doesn't last outrageously long, but the system has a lot of options and comes preloaded with apps you would have had to download separately on other versions.
