You cannot load google apps, You Tube, Instagram, and Minecraft just to name a few. Not being able to load Google maps was the deal breaker for me and I returned the device for a Samsung Tablet. I would also recommend that you go to Best Buy and check out the look and feel of the tablet before buying ...the Kindle Fire 10 is longer and not as wide as other tablets which was a bit unappealing to me.
