Loving my new Fire tablet

Being 72 years old I'm not up on new technology but the woman that waited on me knew exactly what I needed. I did make an appoint for the following week to meet with someone if I was having trouble downloading or any other questions with my new tablet. I didn't have to go back but knowing I can count on someone to help me felt so relieved. Thank you for the great price and all your help~

She loves it and uses it for hours every day watching videos, streaming, reading, some simple games, etc. This is her second one. We replaced her old one with this because after 4 or 5 years the battery quit holding charge for more than an hour. Hoping to get as good a service out of this one.

The book with it's cover is quite heavy and the magnet for the cover is a bit too strong for arthritic hands.

We bought this for my mother-in-love so that she could read Kindle books and play simple games like Jewels. It works great, especially for a $100 tablet.

Two drawbacks from my perspective: 1 When you turn it on you get ads, not a nav screen. Very annoying. 2. Won't allow Chrome/Goggle search.

Battery life is perfect for what we used it for and using it for the whole week we never had to put it on life support (charger while using) It met every mark flawlessly and would recommend it to friends and others.
