Great Birthday Gift

They just turned 7 and 10 and are old enough to enjoy playing games and watching videos, etc.. their mother set the devices up and manages what they are allowed to do.

Mine was defective but great customer service

The return process was excellent though and I decided to take the refund. Review of 3 stars was for the potential the device had - if I hadn't got a defective one. I give 5 stars to Best Buy and especially the store rep I dealt with on the return
