Good quality for the price

Th only con in my opinion is the sound quality which is not the best but it is okay. Also, there is ads in the screen saver and you have to pay $15 to remove it.

Great Product Poor service

I stopped into the store to purchase and was told by the customer service rep that they didn't carry the Kindle. I left for home and checked online - lo and behold, I ordered online and returned to the store to pick it up. Clearly it was in stock.
