When I received mine, it did have "Show Mode", and I enjoyed using it that way. In fact, that was about 75% of the reason I chose it. Then, with a November 2024 update, Amazon removed this feature. I feel as betrayed by Amazon as I would if I bought a new hybrid automobile and then the manufacturer updated its software to allow it to run only on gasoline. Aside from that, I don't care for how slowly this tablet runs anyway. I recommend finding another brand tablet. One that can use Google Play, Chrome, Google maps, etc. This tablet can't, and it doesn't even have GPS. At this price point....no GPS. Another reason not to recommend it.
