I am very careful with my tablet but stuff can happen so i like to get the replacement. It was more difficult to set up i guess because Amazon has improved the identity protection. While it is a bit frustrating (it took me a few days and 4 calls to Amazon support services but do feel good about the carefulness of Amazon to protect my identity.

The quality is amazing, easy to access for her and navigate. Full of all the learning games and apps that are age appropriate for her 10/10 definitely recommend. And the custom service was 1000/10.
