Overall a good device but I didn't like having to learn Fire protocols, but I was - until I found out the bluetooth didn't work. The return process was excellent though and I decided to take the refund. Review of 3 stars was for the potential the device had - if I hadn't got a defective one. I give 5 stars to Best Buy and especially the store rep I dealt with on the return

I love this product, very kid friendly and really accessible.

It’s a cheap tablet that hosts the kindle book app, it’s smooth and fast enough for my uses, combine it with the pen and a few apps you can find in the store and a few i side loaded and it meets all of my needs with out haveing to spend a lot of cash on an iPad, if you want something that just works and is easy this is a good option. If you want something with loads more support (apps) spend a little more for an android tablet. Do your home work as this tablet meets a small set of needs and might not do everything you want.

I used rewards points and got this for $30. Product is great. I use it to stream youtube and shows when Im away from my TV, which is upstairs in my room.

Device is working fine, my kid is using it for watching youtube and learning purpose and he is loving it

I bought this tablet opposed to spending significantly more for an IPad. This tablet has a clear display, very durable, good battery life, and loud sound. Well worth it!

Not bad, but the amazon store lacks apps that would normally work on an android tablet or phone. It's a shame becuae i would have given 5 stars for all

First of all, I am doing this for my wife as this was a gift for her to replace the one just like it that went on the fritz . She liked the original and that led to purchasing the current one. We have three daughters and several grandchilden scattered around the country she keeps in touch with on messenger with ease.

Excellent picture and battery lasts a long time! Would definitely recommend!
