    I bought this so my son had something to do on a long road trip. It worked perfectly for that. My only complaint is its reliance on an outside source for internet. I used my phone's mobile Hotspot for it but most apps and games use so much data that my unlimited (thats not really unlimited) data plan ran out of data really quickly and then it was a brick.

    Product was great. Service, not so much. I stopped into the store to purchase and was told by the customer service rep that they didn't carry the Kindle. I left for home and checked online - lo and behold, I ordered online and returned to the store to pick it up. Clearly it was in stock.
