    I obtained this Kindle fire as an exchange via the product protection plan. This is I believe my fifth Kindle fire. All the previous ones had the same issue where the headphone jack would stop working. I hope this one lasts a while. I like the Kindle fire as it's all I need. I rather not go with another brand of tablet.

    This was a replacement for a Kindle that I had that was damaged by water. This is the next generation Kindle. It is faster than my previous Kindle. It was easy to set up. I signed into Amazon and everything transferred over.

    Great tablet for kids..you can set up parental controls and get notifications on your phone if they want to buy something. It lasted about 2 yrs before it started getting super slow though.

    I have had several Kindles and this one is absolutely the best. It is almost like an iPad. Besides reading books, you can check e-mail, surf the net, use MS Office apps, etc.

    I was upset because I did not have my grand son s tablet for Xmas, going thru my purse, observed my best buy card, it hit me, go to Best buy, went there, found it, I was ecstatic. Best Buy angel was looking out for me!
