    I came to Best Buy as I thought your sales people would be knowledgeable about tablets to help me make an educated choice/purchase. Unfortunately, that was not the case. One worker had a little knowledge while the rest were clueless. Next time I'll just go on Amazon.

    I was very disappointed with the performance of this tablet for the price, it’s not intuitive, sluggish and refuses to cast to tvs on the same WiFi, even Fire tvs

    I returned this device. I bought it for my mother. I couldn't even get it to cooperate with me. And I work on computers and other electronic devices everyday.

    Bought it from Best Buy because they said that it would be at my house the next day, 3 days later it finally showed up. They wouldn’t let me cancel the order either so I could pick up from the store. The tablet is fine, camera sucks.

One thing you can do to ensure that you have the latest update (which may address some of your issues that you are experiencing) is to navigate to Settings>Device Options>System Updates>Check Now.     Look nice ,good price but malfunctioned in less than 30 days, I bought it for my mom who is 83 years old to exercise her brain ,she likes to play the match 3 games.However it started flashing on and off ,Thank goodness I bought the insurance, because unfortunately I didn't realize is was only a 15 day period for a refund!
