It is very user friendly. The only issue I had was that I wanted to use it on flights and I cannot download three out of the four airline apps that I need. I can only download Alaska and United apps.

At first I wasn’t worried about it but then some inappropriate content started to be advertised and that sealed the deal and I sold it. Amazon forces you to pay to remove the ads. Overall it’s not a bad tablet just the ads. Nobody wants to pay for a tablet twice.

I'm sorry to hear you're frustrated with the lock screen ads, particularly when inappropriate content appeared that wasn't suitable for kids. I understand your concern about having to pay to remove ads from a device you've already purchased. You can remove lock screen ads by going to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Amazon Offers and turning off Special Offers, or by contacting Amazon to have the ads removed for a fee. Alternatively, you can set up parental controls or create an Amazon Kids profile, which provides an ad-free experience designed specifically for children with age-appropriate content filtering. For the standard Fire HD 10, you can also adjust your advertising preferences in your Amazon account settings to help control the types of ads displayed. I appreciate your feedback about the advertising experience, as it helps us understand customer concerns. Thank you!

Th only con in my opinion is the sound quality which is not the best but it is okay. Also, there is ads in the screen saver and you have to pay $15 to remove it.

I can do everything from office work, to play games or watch movies to anything that has to do with organizing and managing things at home. The case/keyboard and pen also make using this tablet so easy and fun.
