    We purchased this item, but the charger would not charge the tablet Thinking it was the charger, we purchased a new charger, but the tablet still wouldn’t charge, so it must have been a defective tablet

    For the first year, this worked ok. Now it goes from 100 % charged to 1% in a matter of minutes if i unplug it from the charger. The screen also freezes all the time.
