    For my needs, it works perfectly. If you look up the Fire Toolbox, this allows you to remove all the bloatware/Amazon junk that comes installed on these tablets. After removing all that, the tablet is actually pretty decent for the money. I use this as a Smart Home control tablet, so not very heavy power use.

    Was stepping up from an earlier version and was very pleased with the speed present in this model. Everything has been working very smoothly. The 'other guys' still have the edge everywhere else but a great companion to Amazon and for reading.

    I have owned several Fire HD tablets. Very useful, especially if you use Amazon for various things. I use the 10 inch tablet with apps to stream programs from Xfinity, Fire TV, Prime Video, PBS, etc., plus the usual Kindle ebooks and utility/productivity functions. Easy to use. good video quality.
