I first got the Fire10- didn't work well at all! Then i got this-not bad for basics. But if your tv is like mine-crying from neglect; then i would get a higher memory and Gb. I watch alot of YouTube and Netflix.

SKIP THIS TABLET UNLESS YOU LIKE HEADACHES! where do i start there where SO MANY ANNOYING things on this tablet it will blow your mind! First off there is ALOT of things already downloaded on it you cant not remove them and you cant even hide them there so many. Good luck finding whatever it was you downloaded on the screen. When you turn the tablet on IMMEDIATELY its a ad of some kind to buy or download something. The for you page again is full of Aps and news I have no use for, again you cant hide or remove them. You cant use the other ap store on here and Amazon ap either don't have the items i want, or they don't work on this tablet. Speaking of not working just try to ask alexa a question her answer 99.9 % of the time is I don't know. She's MORE USELESS than google assistant, which i didn't think was possible but it is. She like a screen door on a sub USELESS! in fact this tablet is USELESS and im now returning it after 7 days i've had enough of it 1 star more like MINUS 1 star

Had it for a week and it was started running slow on top of pop ups that kept appearing on screen

I’ve been shopping for all my electronics from porter ranch Best Buy, by all means I’ve never experienced a sales rep that dose not know what case fits what tablet, I ended with a case that doesn’t fit, 3 tablets for 3 kids and one of them doesn’t have a case that fits, I’m not too happy with my latest experience, now the amount is very little other wise I would have been there getting a refund, I felt like the sales rep was just try to make a sale specially when he waved to his manager 2 thumps up, that was not what I was used too, very disappointing experience.

dont buy through bestbuy, they dont honor warranty

I had to reorder because the delivery driver took it to the wrong apartment. Once I finally picked it up it was nice for my daughter.

My bad. I was unaware that play store is not available on this amazon product. The apps, that are the whole reason i bought this tab, are not available. Otherwise it's an ok tablet.

It's not that this product didn't work well, it's just that every time the tablet goes to sleep and you want to use it again, on the lock screen you are forced to look at some sort of ad. There is no way to remove this and it even says they will never interrupt your work with ads, that you will only have to look at this garbage on the lock screen. I don't think so. This is going back.

I've always bought and enjoyed kindle tablets. I probably won't buy one again after this. I haven't had it long and we didn't use it right away when we got it because it was a Christmas present and it already needs replacing. It's in immaculate condition on the outside. I've actually never seen a screen go so long unscratched on anything and yet it wont turn on. We were smart enough to purchase geek squad coverage so they will have to replace it but it's honestly pathetic that it lasted so little time. I should also mention the materials have gotten very noticeably cheaper with the back now being made of a plastic that moves when you touch it!!!

Trash, this tablet was a waste of money. Its complete garbage.

Affordable tablet, but not very user friendly. Clearly the affordability is designed for marketing and selling over user functionality.
